Data Deletion Instructions

Ajay Gupta & Sons respects your right to request deletion of your personal data and account information. This page explains how users and businesses can request deletion of data associated with our WhatsApp messaging platform.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request data deletion by contacting us at ajaygupta.kota@gmail.com. Please include your full name, business name, registered email address, registered phone number if applicable, WhatsApp Business Account ID if known, and a clear statement that you are requesting data deletion.

Example request: "I request deletion of my account and personal data associated with my business and registered email address."

2. What Data May Be Deleted

• User profile information.
• Login and session records where legally permitted.
• Business account profile data stored in our system.
• Tenant-specific portal data.
• Message logs where legally and operationally permitted.
• Template metadata stored locally.
• Webhook event records where legally and operationally permitted.
• Support records associated with your account.

3. Data We May Need to Retain

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal compliance, security investigations, fraud prevention, billing records, tax/accounting obligations, audit logs, dispute resolution, or compliance with Meta/WhatsApp platform obligations. Where possible, retained records will be minimized, restricted, or anonymized.

4. WhatsApp and Meta Data

Our platform integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Deleting data from our system does not automatically delete data stored by Meta, WhatsApp, your own Meta Business Account, or recipients' devices. To manage data controlled by Meta, please refer to Meta's own privacy and account management tools.

5. Processing Time

We will acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time and aim to complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, security review, billing review, or operational constraints.

6. Verification

To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to verify your identity, account ownership, business authority, or registered contact information before processing the request.

7. Meta Data Deletion Callback Information

If a platform requires a data deletion callback confirmation, this page may be used as the public deletion instructions URL. Deletion requests should be sent to ajaygupta.kota@gmail.com.
